Regarding Universal Access option in System Preferences.

Actually I had made an application using objective-c and i need to select
"Enable access for assistive device" in Universal Access option under system
pref. programatically. I have also gone through the plist "
com.apple.universalaccess.plist" but there was no information or key giving
info regarding the "Enable access for assistive device" option.Please help.
