I want to use an image as background of my window. But there is no way to say IB that the image should be draw first so that all controls can be shown.

When I first started with Cocoa, I also had a hard time figuring out how to properly draw backgrounds behind my buttons and other objects. So I've posted a tutorial on how to draw backgrounds in Cocoa:
