No, that's not it, but thanks for the tip anyway.
Whatever I do to the list of header files included, (I have taken out
the Carbon/Carbon.h line, the QTKit/QTKit.h line and commented out
others) I still get this same error... It's really frustrating!
If anyone would like to look over my entire project to try and work
out what's wrong, just drop me an email and I'll send it over to you.

A quick note: you seem to be including a whole lot of headers
here that are not actually needed by the code below. It's probably
better to just include what you actually need in the header itself
here, and the rest in the .m file(s). This will also reduce the
chance of weird things happening.
