[Q} Where are IOHID* functions?

Hello, all.

Because of the jumping mouse pointer, I tried install a program, called "mousefix".
The author of the program offers its source code. ( Thank you. )
I noticed some functions like IOHIDSetMouseAcceleration(), NXSetMouseScaling(), NXOpenEventStatus(), and so on.
So, I checked the functions by looking up Apple's document. However, I couldn't find any.
Are they undocumented functions?

However Apple offers a sample code, SetMouseAcclSample,
and some of the functions are there.

Thank you.
