Copy and paste the rant.
Voila, you've now sent the message to someone who can do something about it.

Rant:
I just attempted to open a large Power Point presentation in
Keynote.app. The presentation was on CD-ROM.
Much to my surprise and annoyance, Keynote displayed a small window
with no title and an "Opening.." progress bar on top of all other
windows from all other applications. The offending window can be
dragged around, but I can't get it out of the way of the other
applications I would like to use while waiting for the presentation to
load. Keynote is also so busy that when I click on the offending
window, I get spinning beach ball and either the stale main menu of
some other application or NO MAIN MENU AT ALL with the exception of
the Apple menu on the far left!. That is very un-Mac-like.
This is a very Microsoft way to build a GUI. Apple should know
better. The progress bar should have been integral to the Keynote
document window or a sheet on the Keynote document window or at worst
an application modal panel. Placing it above all applications is rude
and unnecessary. Also, as I understand it, untitled free floating
windows are naughty. Labeling a progress bar with an ellipsis, "...",
is fishy too.
Apple has me so accustomed to interface conventions that this
misbehavior really bugs me. On Windows, I wouldn't have given it
another thought. Hell, I would expect the stupid progress window to
continuously steal the focus from Mail while I'm typing if the was
Windows. But I am using a Mac, and this BUGS ME.
In all the time I have been typing this, the progress bar has only
reached 1/3.
