I believe, on already created projects, you have to change the
"NSHumanReadableCopyright" parameter in the "InfoPlist.strings" file.

my ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Xcode.plist file contains my
company name
within the dictionary PBXCustomTemplateMacroDefinitions and therein
it's the
key ORGANIZATIONNAME that holds the String.
However, the default About dialog of my Cocoa Application STILL
shows the
dumb __MyCompanyName__ string -- even after I cleaned all targets,
rebuilt
the application, quit Xcode & restarted it etc.pp.
Any advice on this?
