This is misleading at best.
The problem as reported has been acknowledged as a *duplicate* of another problem.
That does not indicate that it is a *bug* per se, it is simply that it is an issue to be addressed. It may be addressed, for example, through documentation of the existing behaviour or through provision of additional functionality in the future. Developers should certainly not consider the current behaviour "buggy".
