Not to mention that eSellerate also handles all the sales transaction
processing and sales tax and VAT tax issues by making you a
wholesaler of your product to them. It vastly simplifies your
business. I highly recommend them.

eSellerate.net is worth a look if you are planning on selling your
software;
as they also have a serial key library.
