I've just posted an interview with Aaron Hillegass on macresearch.org, which I thought would be of interest to people on this list:

I am also writing a regular Cocoa series on MacResearch. The six tutorials to date have covered Objective-C on the command line. The next will move into Xcode and I will cover GUI programming from here on in.

The series is designed for Scientific Developers, but should also be useful to others --- just ignore the Fortran references, and you'll survive ;-)
