Finding windows made in Interface Builder?

Subject: Finding windows made in Interface Builder?

I have created a number of windows in Interface Builder, is there any way of finding these windows programmatically? I e, the windows should pop up in response to clicks in various regions in a view, but I'm not sure how to find the reference to a window so that I can tell it to open.
