Dock Size and Position

  • Subject: Dock Size and Position

I am writing an app that displays a NSWindow behind the Dock, and I need it to resize dynamically. My understanding is the most efficient way to do this would be to use Application Enhancer (APE) to catch the function called each time the dock changes. I understand that using APE isn't a great option, but the app I am developing is purely cosmetic.

What function can I "plug into" in the Dock that contains an argument with the Dock's size and position? And more generally, how can I use APE (or another method) to achieve my goals?

Cheers
Matt
