Menu and NSDocument

Hi,

I have a document based application.

In my MyDocument.nib I've created a new top-level menu item (it should be
inserted between Edit and Window).

I can't seem to figure out how to get my new menu to become visible when my
application runs.

I've also opened up MainMenu.nib and tried adding it there, but it is still
not visible when I rebuild then run my app.

What am I missing?
