I have a application developed using Cocoa and Carbon framework.

I have chosen C++ language to make my application platform

Now my question is;
Is there any open source object oriented C++ frameworks are
available.
STL is, of course, a standard part of C++, and has a number of
collection, i/o stream, and other "utility" classes.
Boost is maintained by a number of members of the C++ standards
committee, and quite a few of its classes are slated for inclusion in
a future standard:

For portable apps, a good approach is to write your Model (assuming
an MVC design) classes in C++, and your Views and Controllers in the
native language of your target platforms. Objective-C++ makes this
relatively (but not entirely) painless for Cocoa apps.
