Brilliant! That solves 90% of my frustrations with OSX's language
controls. =D Thanks!

Also, I hadn't considered the caching issues, which are certainly a
valid reason to seriously consider not having an on-the-fly language
preference. I'm just glad we've moved past the "I don't think users
need it" point, which is very frustrating for me. We do!

Brian, I mostly have to deal with helping people over the phone with
software, so data-hiding isn't an issue, only what the various options
are called. Thanks!
