Where is the 'right' place to put the code to open the preferences window
in an NSDocument application? They aren't really part of the document,
but on the other hand in that architecture everything sorta flows back
into the document...
(I'd almost rather just handle this in IB: I can build the preferences
window without any code, after all. But I'm not seeing a way to do that
either, that I've thought of at least.)
