Exporting tables or tabular data

  • Subject: Exporting tables or tabular data

Hi, all. I had a question about the optimal way to export tabular data, or tables. Which is the preferred method:

1. Compose the proper HTML code so that I have the equivalent of a web page, then create an RTF/RTFD file from it, or even export as a web page.

or:

2. Based on Apple's RTF table sample code, create a table directly / in/ RTF and populate it with the data.

Which is more common? Which is more proper? Which is easier?

Cheers,
	Andrew
