REAL Software is looking to hire a Cocoa Programmer.

Company Description:
REAL Software was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. REAL Software is the maker of both REALbasic and REAL SQL Server which allow for creating and delivering software for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux. REALbasic is a full-featured object-oriented development environment suitable for creating everything from utilities to enterprise-class applications.


Job Description:
1) Helping to finish REALbasic's transition from a Carbon-based platform layer to a Cocoa-based platform layer
2) Adding new features to the Cocoa platform layer and maintaining existing features
3) Ensuring that both users of REALbasic and their end users have the best possible Mac OS X experience
Relocation to Austin, TX is preferred but not required.


Job Requirements:
A very broad knowledge of Cocoa. Other knowledge of Windows, Linux, Database, and Web development may help differentiate candidates, but this is primarily a Cocoa position.
