Using webview to display flash

Hi everyone,
I understand that webview is capable of playing flash and some people
here have used webview to do so. But can someone enlighten me, how do
you actually do that? Say I have a flash file on my local directory
and I want to play that file on my view, how do I sort of embed that
file?
