It sounds like a kiosk-type setup would work best for you.

What I'd do is use the SetSystemUIMode API as needed (perhaps you'd also like to hide the dock, prevent switching to other apps, etc.)


Yes this is perfect! Thanks for the tip as it's not part of the 'regular' Cocoa documentation. I also like the disclaimer on the Tech Note...
