NSBezierPath & Metric measurements

Does anyone know how to draw a NSBezierPath that is exactly 10mm long?

I have no problem drawing a line that is 10 points long but that is not millimeters. I basically need to draw some lines that are to scale - i.e. I want to draw a 10mm so that when it is printed it is 10mm long.
