A short sample demonstrating how to load a window from NIB would help me much!

I wrote this a while back, it should get you started!

This simple application demonstrates how to load resources from multiple nib files and have them connect to existing object. I made this a document based application so that multiple main windows could easily be created and played with. The same techniques will work for a non-document based application.
