Firstly, this has nothing to do with Cocoa and is not appropriate for this mailing list.

Secondly, iTunes only has a plug-in API for making visualisation
plug-ins. Anything beyond that is largely unfeasible without becoming
a separate application, and as far as I am aware there are several
"DJ" applications available for Mac OS X already.

Finally, you cannot copyright ideas.
