where in the world is Kyle Hammond?

Apple still have links to HeaderDoc UI:

but Kyle's home page has dropped off the web. It's in the web archive:

but the dmg files seem to be corrupt (unless that's just an encoding issue). So, does anyone have a copy or a working link? Copies of NSDataBase64 and NSImageBase64 would be useful too. Assuming he hasn't revoked the license of course.

Dangerously close to OT? I could rephrase as "Where is HeaderDoc UI?".
