Developer Needed - Cocoa/Java

I am looking for someone who can write Cocoa-Java applications using Xcode.
They should have experience in writing signed applets or WebStart apps. using the above Apple Computer technologies.

I manage a music for video production company looking to provide some on line services to our clients

Initially I am willing to pay for what should be a fairly simple demo application or applet.

Specifically I would like to be able to log on to our website and launch an applet which opens a QuickTime movie that is available to me on the server.
A dialog box should appear asking me to type in a text string. A text track should be added to the movie with that text. The movie is then saved with that added track.

I am aware there are numerous security restrictions imposed upon online file operations. Hopefully this would be accomplished on line using a signed Applet. If that is not possible then a Web Start type application would suffice.
At the moment I am looking for a demo only to present to my associates, so it would be acceptable for this application to be written using any useful sample code.

Once we know that a simple operation like that can be accomplished, we will be interested in expanding the scope of the application, pursuing more complex track operations.

Anyone interested in this project should please email me at email@hidden.

regards,
Ash
