Unfortunately this works only if my application is always in
foreground... instead the synthesized click select an other window
(this is actually the purpose of the click)
and by doing so, despite:
CGAssociateMouseAndMouseCursorPosition(false)
the mouse becomes visibile.
Is there an absolute (ie works with any application)
AssociateMouseAndMouseCursorPosition(false) ?

Is CGAssociateMouseAndMouseCursorPosition(false) what you need?
