Hmm, it looks like the Resource Programming Guide was updated and someone didn't notice that that article was linked to from elsewhere.

I believe the content is basically in <http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/LoadingResources/CocoaNibs/chapter_3_section_1.html >.

I've filed a bug report.
