What Kind of Network Connection

I use SCNetworkReachabilitySetCallback to get notified of changes in the network reachability.

When I get such a notification with flags that indicate that the network has become accessible, I want to know how the network is accessed - whether via Build-in Ethernet, Airport, Internal Modem or whatever.

I guess this information is hidden somewhere in the Dynamic Store and is accessible via SCDynamicStoreCopyValue. The question is: What is the correct key?

SCDynamicStoreCopyKeyList( dynamicStoreRef, kSCCompAnyRegex ) gives only a very short and useless list of:
"Setup:",
"com.apple.DirectoryService.NotifyTypeStandard:DirectoryNodeAdded",
"Plugin:IPConfiguration",
"DirectoryService:PID";

SCDynamicStoreCopyNotifiedKeys just returns an empty array.

So: how to find out how the network is currently accessed? Using 10.4.9.

Gerriet.
