Binding to CIFilter Question

This is a really dumb newb question but I couldn't find any references on the web...

I want to bind a sliders maximum value to a CIFilters maximum value for an attribute, but I can't seem to figure out what key to bind to. I've tried something like:

someObject.colorMonochromeFilter.sliderMaximum

And as I expected would happen, it says that there is no sliderMaximum key.

Is there a way in IB to bind to a CIFilter's maximum value for an attribute?
