irc.freenode.net / #macdev (Cocoa questions - research before asking
though!), #macsb (if you're developing commercial software)
cocoblogs.com has some great material
cocoadev.com wiki is awesome - answered many questions I've had
aaron hillegass' book is a great starter read
google code search - great way to find example code for particular methods
(advanced search lets you specify obj-c)

There's plenty of Cocoa blogs out there. Start adding them to your
newsreader.
