This has nothing at all to do with Cocoa. If you really just want to use SVN
from the command line, the OmniGroup's Mac OS X Admin list might be a good
place to ask. If you're going to be doing software development, you should
be trying to set up SVN with Xcode, and asking on Apple's Xcode list.
