1. Does Apple print any official documents these days? (like Inside Macintosh volumes in the past)
I know I have the developer pdf's and know that there are some authored books but just curious if there's an official printed versions.

Nope. It isn't practical. Every 4-6 weeks we push new content to the web and for download. Many times that includes bug fixes and enhancements to existing books. They'd be out of date almost immediately.

2. Interface builder - (I'm using the older one that runs on Tiger). Is there an easy way to check relationships? I can see the connection and actions but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to check to see how objects are linked (or to confirm the links) without having to click on every object and permutation/

3. Cocoa third party class sources? I've found a few things here and there but nothing like Codewarrior PowerPlant listings. Are there any?

Sure, there are third party frameworks and classes out there.. but not a centralized collection or tracking site that I'm aware of anymore (sigh.. Softrak)

Search for Objective-C on Google and you should find some.
