I am rather perplexed by this crash log. I have received a near identical log from a couple of users so I do not believe it is an environmental issue.

The crash is occurring on 10.5 and 10.5.1 systems and I am not understanding what it is telling me other than it is crashing in Apple's code.

Since I am not able to duplicate this on any of my systems I am not able to capture it at all. I am using the new xib files from interface builder for all of my UI elements -- is it possible that there is some corruption?

Any clues or insights would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like some object in a menu of yours is invalid. The code is crashing while attempting to send a message to an object.
