If a vertical scroller is hidden and a call to reloadData makes it
visible, there is a blank space between the bottom of the NSTableView
(actually the NSScrollerView) and the bottom and the scroller (as if
Cocoa thought there was a growbox or a horizontal scroller).
A bug report will be filed once Bug Reporter accepts reports anew.
