Posting a crash log might help us identify what's going on. There isn't
enough info here for anyone to assist you.

This same code has worked fine ever since 10.0 and it still works fine
if I compile to 10.4 (Universal). I have only seen it in one of my
applications, but it is the only one I been developing and use
frequently in Leopard.
