HUD style view scroller a la Cover Flow?

Hello:

I'm looking to create a "HUD style" scroller, similar to the one that's used in iTunes Cover Flow. I've searched using Google and while I've found a few HUD windows and buttons/sliders, etc, none of the projects include a scroller.

Does anyone know of one? If not, is anyone interested in collaborating on one? I've never created an NSScroll subclass before, but I'm hoping/ assuming no more difficult than creating any other NSControl subclass.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

John
