[Slightly OT] Origin of CGSPrivate.h?

  • Subject: [Slightly OT] Origin of CGSPrivate.h?

There's a file floating around the intertubes called CGSPrivate.h that
declares a bunch of hidden APIs that are useful for implementing various
bits of unsupported hackery in Mac apps. I have a (formerly closed-source)
application that I'm releasing under a BSD license that uses this header,
and I'm not sure if somebody has copyrighted it, if it's compatible with the
BSD license, if I need to get permission before distributing it, or what.
The file itself contains no information about its origins.

Any pointers?

Thanks,
Tim
