FYI: Aqua Icon Kit for 512x512 cursors

To my dismay, Apple rejected an enhancement request to re-author the original Aqua Icon Kit to support the new 512x512 (and 256x256) icons.

I have constructed Photoshop templates for document icons to suit my needs. If you're interested, please contact me off-list. Note that if you need other templates (prefs, plugins, et. al.), you'll have to author them yourself. And, it may be still worthwhile to file an enhancement request to update the icon kit.
