When I got that error I used the perl script to delete the developer tools installation completely and reinstall them. That fixed it. I guess it happened because I ran the installer twice to fix the missing 10.3.9 SDK.

I installed the DevTools off the DVD like normal, and I do have a file called "gcc-3.3" in /usr/bin/.

I then tried reinstalling from just the GCC 3.3 package on the DVD, but that also doesn't work.

Any idea why I can't compile?
