If you are serious about learning Cocoa I'd highly recommend taking one of
the Cocoa classes offered by BNR: http://www.bignerdranch.com/schedule.shtml
I learned in a week what would've taken several difficult months. The class
isn't cheap but either is my time so I came out WAY ahead (IMHO).
