"Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X" for Leopard

  • Subject: "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X" for Leopard

Today, Big Nerd Ranch started teaching a Cocoa Bootcamp using our new and improved 10.5/Xcode 3/ObjC2 materials. We will be testing and improving them for a couple of months. You can expect to see the result ("Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X, 3rd edition") on your bookstore shelves in the spring. Besides the necessary updates to the existing topics, the third edition will cover Core Data and some of the other new technologies.

If you can't possibly wait until spring, plan on spending the week of Jan 14 - 18 at the ranch. Or, you can hire us to teach the class at your company.

I appreciate you patience -- I am coding/writing/editing as fast as I can.

Thanks,

Seeing how the software was in beta for a while, I just sit and wonder
if one was announced to have a "it's coming soon" kinda of pitch.
Maybe the Hillegass book ?
