Mine is a very simple, minimal implementation. Haven't yet gotten around to testing whether anything changed on 10.5, though, but it really just looks at the crash log file on disk, and doesn't do any patching or other dangerous things, so at worst it should just not do anything, and at best it'll get you that crash log.
