The AppKit release notes, available online at:
http://developer.apple.com/releasenotes/Cocoa/AppKit.html
is a good place to get a detailed overview of changes in AppKit and
related areas.

Hi All
An updated version of the Leopard Developer documentation is no
available online and as an update in Xcode.
This release adds _significant_ amount new content over what is
available on the release DVD, or on the developer seed.
34 documents have been upgraded, and 16 are first version releases
or content updates (typically means significant changes)
And best of all, you can get the new content right from Xcode.
In the Xcode Documentation window, go to the gear menu at the bottom
left. Select "Documentation Set Updates -> Check Now". The Core
Reference Library and Developer Tools Reference Library should
appear in orange with an "Update" button. The Java Reference Library
and WebObjects Reference Library should have a "Get" button next to
them since they were not installed by default.
