Cool window background color?

Sorry if this has been answered.  I'm obviously using the wrong google query.

What NSColor should I set my NSWindow background to to look modern like the iApps? (e.g.: iTunes.)

My users dislike the background color generated when "Textured" is set in IB.

(I'd rather not make custom gradient files in Photoshop.)
