Multiple checkmarks in PopUp Button

  • Subject: Multiple checkmarks in PopUp Button

I have a popup button that I'm setting the menu for and then selecting an item programmatically using selectItemWithTitle: -- when the user clicks on the popup there are two checkmarks though (as if two items are currently selected). I've verified that all but the correctly selected item have state NSOffState (in other words, only one item has state equal to NSOnState and it's the one I set programmatically). Is there a way to flush the state to the view? I've tried using display: but that doesn't work.

Thanks,
Greg
