Hi,

PROBLEM : I am writing a CoreData app. When the app launches, about 1500 instances of the same entity are created in order to populate an NSTableView (using bindings). It takes a lot of time (about 5 seconds) to load data into the table view. During the process, UI is frozen. So bad user experience ! How can I monitor the fetch process in order to display some kind of a progress indicator ?

I searched CoreData API but did not find any clue except awakeFromFetch:. Any better solution ?
