"Brought it over" wasn't really an accurate description -- I had it on a portable drive so I never actually copied anything. However, it occurred to me that I hadn't tried to "Clean All" yet and that did in fact fix the problem. I have no idea why it happened, but at least I know how to fix it in the future...
