ERROR: __CFURLCache::StepSQLStatement

I randomly get the following error message when using my Core Data app that uses a SQLite store:

ERROR: __CFURLCache::StepSQLStatement - step failed (exceed retry) - ErrCode: 5

No exceptions are thrown, and nothing else (that I'm aware of) seems to be effected by this error. Does anyone know what this error means? Should I correct it or not worry about it?
