It depends. For 32-bit apps, it's trivial for someone to inject code
using an input manager or something. For 64-bit apps, I don't think
that's been done yet, but it probably could.

class-dump?
There are far more powerful tools out there. Not the sort that are
easily found publicly, but in certain circles "evil tools" are
definitely available. Not so much the "would-be hackers" but the
"hard core hackers" do.
So if you're worried that class-dump may reveal something, that "may"
becomes a "definitely will"... (and even some of the "unlikely"s
become "possible"s)
