I'm trying to implement a "Choose Template" sheet that pops down with the creation of a new document, one very similar to the "Choose Template" sheet that pops down for each new Keynote document.

Kip,

Erik Buck wrote an article about such an implementation over at stepwise:
<http://www.stepwise.com/Articles/2006/eb1/index.html>. Looking at it quickly, he performs the "show template sheet" method in - windowControllerDidLoadNib:.
