I've got a subclass of NSWindowController (a singleton in my app) inserted after the NSApplication in the responder chain, but is there any way for it to be the last responder before the app, such that Cocoa automatically makes things point first to my responder and then I can pass things on to the app?

I don't know you actual goal, but maybe subclassing NSApplication is a solution?
